The Andy’s Foundation began as an outgrowth of the Andy’s philosophy of community involvement.Always realizing that the Andy’s Company has been blessed by being involved in communities all over North Carolina, a way was needed to focus the efforts of the Andy’s stores to give back to our many communities, and beyond our own backyards. After a successful six year involvement starting back in 2000 and supporting the Make-A-Wish foundation of eastern NC, Andy’s president and founder, Kenny Moore, realized in light of recent natural disasters and other factors that a much broader vehicle was needed to impact the many charitable organizations that Andy’s feels strongly about supporting. An overriding desire to be flexible with changing times led to the Andy’s Foundation incorporation in 2006 as a 501(c)(3). The Andy’s Foundation is looking forward to impact our communities in a powerful positive way! Come join us!
